Kilkenny County Childcare Committee is delighted to announce that tickets are now available for ‘Here I Am: The Child’s Participation in an Emergent Curriculum’.

This seminar will highlight the significance of the young child’s voice within curriculum development and how meaningful participation can be realised in practice. Using a children’s rights approach, this event will explore participation within a number of key elements of an emergent curriculum including interactions, emerging interests and documentation.

We are very excited to welcome Professor Noirin Hayes, and Dr. Sheila Long as our keynote speakers, along with Sandra O’Neill and Marlene McCormack who will join the KKCCC team in delivering interactive workshops during the day.

Tickets are available from the online booking system Eventbrite, and can be booked through this link.

If you require any information you can contact Aisling or Orla on 056-7752865.
