Gretta Murphy – Co-ordinator
Gretta is the co-ordinator of the Kilkenny County Childcare Committee. It is Gretta’s role to ensure the planning, implementation and evaluation of KKCCC’s Strategic Plan. She also supports the staff team through ongoing collaboration and supervision.
Deirdre Power & Barbara Gunn– Childcare Development Officers

The Development Officers role is to provide suppprt and advice on all aspects of childcare including national childcare investment funding, accredited and in-service training, policy and procedure development and general best practice guidelines.
Helena Comerford – Childminding Advisory Officer
The Childmidning Advisory Officers role is to provide information, training and support to both existing and potential Childminders in Kilkenny City and County. Helena also lends support to those parents seeking a childminder in the city or county.
Julieann Tynan – Admin/Information Officer
Our Information Officer ensures that the most up to date literature is stocked in the Resource Centre and is accessible to parents, students, providers and chidlcare tutors alike. Julieann also acts as the initial contact for KKCCC and is available to answer any queries you may have in relation to childcare in Kilkenny.
