We the first point of contact for parents and service providers looking for information and support about early childhood care and education and school age childcare.
Kilkenny County Childcare Committee seeks a full time dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our vibrant team and deliver our programme of work.
Based in our office in Kilkenny Education Centre, the ideal candidate will possess a third level qualification at Level 9 in Early Childhood Education and Care with minimum five years’ of relevant work experience including managerial experience. The manager will work, in conjunction with the Board of Directors, to plan and deliver the Local Implementation Plan and Statement of Work. The manager will ensure effective governance financial management, management of the team and the operational activities of the organisation. They will also represent the Committee on a range of local regional and national forums.
Salary is aligned to Local Authority SEO scale.
