Afterschool Educator
Ballyragget Community Playgroup
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dependable Afterschool Educator to join our friendly team.
The Role
- Provide a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for children after school.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate play, creative and recreational activities.
- Support children with their daily routine, including homework and snack time.
- Work positively with children, families and colleagues.
- Help maintain the highest standards of care, safety and wellbeing.
About You
- Kind, patient and enthusiastic about working with children.
- Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team.
- Relevant childcare experience or qualification is desirable but not necessary as training will be given.
- Appointment will be subject to satisfactory Garda vetting and reference checks.
