Relief Staff Wanted in our preschool and School age services.
Are you passionate about working with children? Do you have a caring, enthusiastic attitude and enjoy helping little ones learn and grow? We are currently seeking dedicated relief staff to join our friendly childcare team on a flexible, as-needed basis.
About the Role
As a relief staff member, you will step in to support our regular team during absences, busy periods, or holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for flexible work hours and experience in a rewarding environment.
Duties Include:
– Supervising and engaging children in play and learning activities
– Assisting with meals, personal care, and general daily routines
– Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment
– Supporting permanent staff in delivering quality care and education
Requirements:
– Minimum Fetac Level 5 in Childcare (or equivalent) for preschool
– No qualifications required for our School Age Service
– Previous experience working with children is an advantage
– Garda vetting (or willingness to undergo)
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Flexible availability
