Job Description:
We require a person who has qualified in Early Years Care and Education minimum Level 5, to assist with the children in the setting.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in both spoken & written English are essential.
Knowledge of working within the Aistear Framework will be considered an advantage; as will Paediatric First Aid, Manual Handling & Child Protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to organise, plan and deliver a child lead curriculum.
- Ensuring the individual needs of the children are identified and met.
- Adhering to company ethos, policies, procedures and operational practices at all times.
- Communicating with parents.
- Record keeping and observations.
- Ensuring compliance with TUSLA, POBAL, DES and other relevant organisations
- Working compatibility within a small team
Contract Duration: Start July 2023 with a 3 Month Probation
