Kilkenny Community Early Years Project is recruiting for a full time Lead Educator and a part time Early Years Educator.
Kilkenny Community Early Years is a cross community, needs based Early Years service catering for children aged 2 to 6 years. KCEYP works to support children and families to reach their full potential in all areas of development, through the implementation of a play based emergent curriculum, while using a partnership approach in assisting, liaising and mediating with other professionals who are supporting the families.
Early Years Lead Educator – 35 hours per week
-Applicants require a minimum Level 7 or 8.
-Experience working in a similar role would be desirable, however not essential.
-Rate of pay: above ERO Graduate Lead Educator Rate

Early Years Educator Part Time – hours somewhat negotiable for the right candidate.
-Applicants require a minimum QQI Level 5 or 6, however Level 7 or 8 would be desirable.
-Experience working in an Early Years setting would be desirable.
-The successful applicant will have good working knowledge of Aistear and Siolta, the ability to work as part of a team and the passion for working with children in the early years.
Rate of Pay: €14.94- €15.97 dependent on level of Education, as approved by the board of Management. 35% of hours paid at a higher rate of pay.
