Kilkenny Community Early Years Project is looking to recruit an Assistant Coordinator/Quality and Inclusion Coordinator (35 hours a week)

Kilkenny Community Early Years Project CLG provides cross community, needs based services to children and families, which fosters the holistic development of the family unit. KCEYP works to support children and families to reach their full potential in all areas of development through our Home Liaison team and our Early Years Service. Our Early Years Service provides a high quality, child centred, inclusive and equitable learning environment for children aged 2-6 years, which focuses on the individual needs of each child.

The successful candidate will support the Project Coordinator in ensuring the quality and inclusion of all children in the service and the smooth day to day running of the service.

The successful candidate will have a minimum level 8 qualification and a minimum of 3 years experience working in the Early Years.

Experience in a similar role would be an asset but not a requirement

Applicants require an excellent working knowledge of Aistear and Siolta, the ability to support staff and work in partnership with families. Also, a solution focused approach and a highly motivated positive and compassionate outlook with good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

Salary: €30,940-€32,760 depending on experience
