We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and experience Early Years Manager to lead our childcare setting and ensure the highest standards of Care, education and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, supporting staff, overseeing children’s welfare and development and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Minimum QQI Level 6 Award in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent recognised qualification
Position Full-Time
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a childcare setting
- Previous supervisory or management experience desirable
- Excellent leadership, communications and organisational skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of Tusla early years regulations,
- Aistear and Síolta
