The Village Childcare & Community Services are looking for a qualified Level 5 Early Years Educator to join our team in an AIM (Access and Inclusion Model) position.
💚 The Role
- AIM support within our early years setting
- Supporting children to access and fully participate in the ECCE programme
- Working closely with children, families and our early years team
- Supporting inclusion, positive relationships and meaningful participation
- Working as part of a supportive and experienced team
👩🎓 Requirements
- Level 5 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience working in an early years setting is desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of inclusion and children’s individual needs
- Warm, caring and child-centred approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Garda vetting and relevant employment references required
