– Capability to get to know each individual child’s personalities.
– Work as part of a team with both children & staff.
– Educate children with the child’s interest at heart.
– Have basic knowledge of food handling, storage, hygiene & safety.
– Have basic knowledge of Aistear & Siolta framework and implementation.
– Communicate with staff & management.
