Kilkenny County Childcare Committee is delighted to inform you that we will be holding workshops on the updated Aistear: The Early Childhood Curriculum Framework (2024).
These workshops will be held on Tuesday 13th and Thursday 15th January in the Kilkenny Education Centre.

From this training, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to implement Aistear as agentic educators.
This training will be split into two sessions which will give an in depth understanding of the vision and principles of Aistear, as well as the Aims, Learning Goals and Themes.
Please note, both sessions must be attended to receive a certificate.

Upon completion of both workshops, a free hard copy of the updated Aistear – which includes the Guidance for Good Practice, and New Aistear Posters for Early Learning & Care Settings will be available to your service.

Due to limited copies available, there is currently just one per service.
