‘Higher Capitation Announcement
Pobal are pleased to announce that we will be taking over the administration of Higher Capitation Applications for the coming academic year, ECCE 2018.
From September 2018 Higher Capitation requests will be processed by Pobal through an online application system. Higher Capitation requests for ECCE 2018 and future ECCE programmes will no longer be processed by the DCYA.
Online application forms will be available on the PIP Portal in September. It is intended that the new user-friendly form will make it easier to apply for Higher Capitation and to amend details throughout the programme year, reducing the paperwork involved.
Paper-based applications for future ECCE programmes, including ECCE 2018, should no longer be sent to the DCYA. However, Higher Capitation queries for previous programmes can continue to be directed to DCYA.
