Do you have a passion for working with children and want the flexibility to choose when you work? We are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Relief Early Years Educators to join our Crèche Relief Panel.
This flexible, on-call role provides cover for annual leave, staff absence, and busy periods. It’s an excellent opportunity for qualified Early Years professionals or anyone seeking flexible work within a supportive childcare environment.
Please note: This is a casual relief position with no guaranteed minimum weekly hours.
Your Role
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–10 years.
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can learn and thrive.
- Deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate play and learning activities.
- Support room routines and work closely with permanent team members.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with Tusla regulations, safeguarding procedures, and crèche policies.
What You’ll Need
- QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Care and Education.
- Willingness to complete Garda Vetting before employment.
- A caring, reliable, and flexible approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable
- A valid First Aid Response (FAR) certificate.
