Through individual reflection, and small and large group activities, participants will increase their understanding of and become more familiar with the range of Síolta standards and how they can be applied within everyday practice.

The programme comprises of 2 workshops, each of which focuses on a particular group of Síolta standards. Through individual reflection, and small and large group activities, participants will increase their understanding of and become more familiar with the range of Síolta standards and how they can be applied within everyday practice.

This basic introductory workshop is aimed at educators who are new to the sector and working with Síolta and Aistear or those who would like to increase their understanding of and familiarity with Síolta, Aistear and the Practice Guide.
